About Fat Dad's

Fat Dad's owner, self-taught chef Paul, swapped a long term career in pharmaceuticals to follow his passion for food. After gaining invaluable experience in some top quality Bristol restaurants including Wilsons, Souk kitchen and Adelina Yard, Paul opened his converted American school bus Betty and began serving his delicious street food across Bristol.

You may have seen Paul and his team at Left Handed Giant and more recently at

Lost & Grounded Brewery.

We cant wait to let him loose on our kitchen at Industry and bring some of his banging burgers to Gloucester Road.
